Here is a Kannada wedding photography story which will make your day. How often do you get an opportunity to shoot a wedding where you get to enjoy as much as the bride and groom? How often do you get to dance and shoot in the rains? This happened to us at the Vihangama Resorts Thirthahalli and we had the time of our lives. Presenting the amazing wedding celebrations of Kiran and Sushma which truly depicts the rich Indian tradition, the culture and beautiful landscape of the country side.
This wedding film is a brilliant example that there are various elements that can be added to a wedding, making it fun authentic and yet truly Indian. The bullock cart is perhaps the South Indian version of the horse and it was a picturesque moment to see the groom parade on the same into the wedding venue. When we spoke to Kiran the first time, we were quite excited from that moment when he mentioned that his vision was to have a country side wedding. He wanted to have a wedding in a place called Vihangama Resorts in Thirthahalli, Shimoga around 150 miles from Bangalore. For us this is nothing short of a “Destination” wedding that is very personal and culturally rooted. This is definitely a Kannada wedding photography assignment we shall remember for long.
Here are the pictures and the videos from the wedding :
All i want to say is – Kiran and Sushma : Thank you for making us a part this epic wedding. We sang along in the rains with you guys, Our cameras got drenched in them, but the entire fact that we are a part of something so authentic and original kept us going. All worth it. May you guys keep this amazing spirit forever and spread the love!
